What is the jewellery made of?

We have a variety of metals used for our pieces. You can view what an item is made of in the product description.

Are the items tarnish resistant?

Please note that unless the item is made from just stainless steel or tungsten carbide, it will eventually tarnish. This can be prevented for a while depending on how well the item is taken care of!

Taking care of Stainless Steel and Tungsten Carbide

All of our items made of stainless steel or tungsten carbide will not turn your skin green and won’t tarnish. You can wear your stainless steel and tungsten carbide pieces whenever, wherever and they'll be alright!

Taking care of Rhodium Plated items

Rhodium plating can eventually rub off after a while of wearing it (about a year) so we recommend limiting contact with chemicals.

Taking care of 925 Sterling Silver

Our sterling silver rings are 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% of other alloyed metals. Sometimes the 7.5% of the ring composition can turn part of your skin green if constantly wet. Although, this is not common and purely depends on your skin. Overall, I would not recommend wearing your 925 sterling silver in water to prolong its life and prevent discolouration.

Taking care of 14Kt gold plated

Gold plating will eventually tarnish and wear off. It is safe to wear in water. To prolong the items life we recommend avoiding chemicals and sleeping in the jewellery. The plating should last about a 8-12 months before it begins to fade.

Postage

How long does postage usually take?

Priority Untracked Postage: Quicker than normal untracked. Estimated to be 1-3 business days quicker.

Untracked Postage: Can take 2-4 weeks for Australian orders to arrive.

Tracked Postage: You can check delivery estimates for tracked postage on the Australia Post website and put Perth, WA as the from place.

What is untracked shipping?

Untracked shipping is a cheaper shipping method where the package is sent without tracking. It is sent as a large letter with stamps so tracking is not needed. If you buy items with untracked shipping, you will be notified when it is shipped but you won't receive and accurate date for the delivery arrival.

What do I do if I put the wrong shipping address?

Email me as soon as possible so I'm able to make the change if it hasn’t already been shipped. If contacted after I've shipped it, I will not be able to reroute the package and you’ll need to contact postal services.

What happens if my package never arrives?

After shipping the package, I am not responsible as it’s in the hands of the postal services. If you order with untracked shipping I will not be able to locate the package nor refund you although if you ordered with tracked shipping you can contact me via email and I can contact postal services to see if they can compensate for the loss.

Refunds/Returns

Do you do refunds or returns?

I have a no refund/replacement/return policy. If you would like to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact me via email as soon as your order is placed and I will be able to make the changes. Once the order is in transit, no refunds can be made. If your item arrives broken due to damage during transit please contact diydrip@gmail.com immeidately with photos and order details.
