Refund policy

We can issue a refund for faulty items if we are contacted within the first week of receiving the item.

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. We can offer to swap items  to other ones if you have placed an order and it has not been shipped yet, although that is subject to availability.



Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged whilst in your care for over a week, we cannot offer any refund, return, or replacement. We can issue a refund if we are contacted within the first week of receiving the item. If you have chosen untracked shipping, we must be contacted within the estimated shipping times, for example, within 2-4 weeks of since the order was placed.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for gemstone or rhinestone issues. Our commitment is to provide affordable jewelry, and while we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship, we cannot guarantee against wear and tear on gemstones, rhinestones, or diamonds after purchase.

We will provide you with a refund where the product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality. Photo proof must be provided. Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care will not be considered faulty or defective.  


If you do not contact us within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price, you won’t be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired.
