Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged whilst in your care, we cannot offer any refund, return, or replacement. If the item arrives damaged you must contact us the day of receiving the item otherwise we cannot issue a refund. If you have chosen untracked shipping, we must be contacted within the estimated shipping times, for example, within 2-4 weeks of since the order was placed.
